USDA/ARS 2005 Warehouse Test Data

Joe Dorner, microbiologist with the USDA/ARS National Peanut Research Laboratory presented the American Peanut Shellers Association the latest data on warehouse storage testing for aflatoxin levels from the 2004 US harvest. Results were given for both untreated and Afla-Guard treated lots. Significant reductions of aflatoxin occurred in the Afla-Guard treated samples.

The two panels shown below indicate the amount of aflatoxin reduction in the fields treated with Afla-Guard.
